XTAR MC4S Charger

Description

Th XTAR MC4S is the updated, upgraded version of the MC4 charger. This highly efficient charger, charges for Li-ion, NiCD, Ni-MH batteries at once through it’s 4 different charging bay slots. The MC4S is excellent value in the category it sits. This has a QC 3.0 AMP USB power cable and is worth noting that a USB wall adaptor is not included. For added speed and performance we would recommend acquiring one that is 15W.

The MC4S is convenient to use anywhere on the go due to its size and is compatible with wall adaptors, smartphone, solar chargers, power banks, and computers. To ensure batteries receive a quality charge XTAR have set a self selected 0V trickle charge phase for totally discharged cells. This maximises battery life. The MC4S also switches between constant and currant fast charge to constant voltage phase when the battery cells are near the end of their charging cycle.

The MC4S has protection against reverse polarity, overcharging, short circuit, excess current, and over temperature to ensure safe charging.

Accepts two 26650 batteries (CH1 and CH4) and two unprotected type 21700 batteries (in CH2 and CH3) simultaneously. Not for use with protected type 20700 and 21700 cells.
• Charging current of 1 Amp (through two ports) or 0.5A (through four ports). The higher the Amp, the quicker the battery will charge, with a maximum potential: 4.2 Volts.
